Henry “Cab” Tice has been arrested on count of racketeering and is held in the Santa Rosa County Jail on $250,000 bond. A joint investigation by State Attorney’s Office and Escambia County Sheriff’s Office revealed that from 2005-2008, Tice sold vehicles at his Hispanic-American Auto Sales without paying the floor planner. The amount lost is more than $310,000.
