Breaking news: Mayor Hayward drops off Trump rally program

December 8, 2017

Inweekly just heard from Republican Party officials that Pensacola Mayor Ashton Hayward has dropped out of speaking today at President Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” rally.

Earlier this week, City PIO Vernon Stewart told the newspaper that the mayor was out of town for a conference and was trying to get back to Pensacola for the rally.

Instead of coming up with ludercious accusations, why don’t you guys request his calendar, it’s available through a simple public records request. The mayor sits on many boards, possibly was for that. Maybe ?

Also, I enjoyed watching the Gaetz show Friday night. I thought it was a trump rally. NWFL continues to vote in hacks. Says he isn’t establishment. Been in politics for a decade and raises millions of dollars…sounds like a hack.

DROPPER OUT, AND if he had any brains, (which he does NOT) will stay away from Pensacola for the next couple of years. He is costing this city millions of dollars in legal fees in order to cover up his total lack of brain power.

At a “conference.” — Any details to support that claim?

What does the PIO say when Hayward is away playing catalog model?

I am not going to do the work for you. All you have to do is shoot an email over to public records and request his public calendar. Do it yourself, you are the one disputing the claim.

And “playing catalog model?” what should he do? Go and practice being a walmart greeter? I am not defending him…but why can’t we debate policy? Instead you want to criticize an elected official because they are attractive? Do you know how oxy-morinic that is?

And L. Laird, may I suggest you filing the paper work tomorrow to run for office? Let’s let the voters decide!

DW/ you need to practice what you preach: I DO hold an elected public office.
