Three Escambia County students were shot in Warrington last night. One was killed. Violence among teens is escalating. More and more have guns. The more I hear about the shooting last Friday after the Pensacola High football game, it appears that it was a drive-by over conflicts between Shanty Town and Attucks Court. The School District appears to be ignoring the issue, since it’s not on school property.
The student shot last Friday attends Judy Andrews. I have witnesses that the shooting caused a near riot with people running in a panic away from the shots. The School District needs to step up the security at sports events… at least get it back to the level under Superintendent Jim Paul.
