The Santa Rosa County Grand Jury has completed its review of numerous allegations involving TEAM Santa Rosa, which handled the county’s economic development efforts until this year. The grand jury returned a No True Bill, meaning it found insufficient evidence for the filing any criminal charges.
According to State Attorney Bill Eddins, the grand jury had more than 16 hours of testimony and deliberations over a two-day period.
