Daily News reports Mark Bellinger, the former executive director of the Okaloosa County Tourist Development Council, died of a suspected drug overdose Friday in Pelham, Ala.
Officers with the Pelham Police Department found Bellinger in a car at the end of a dirt road near a golf course about 11:20 a.m. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he died a short time later.
