Miami Herald reports that the Port of Miami has a new 25-year master plan filled with ambitious ideas, “like a mega-yacht marina facing downtown’s Bayside Marketplace with grandiose aspirations of rivaling the waterfronts in Monaco, Cannes and Nice.”
When the top port in the state looks at multiple uses, Pensacola should pay attention.
