J.B. Schluter, co-owner of Innerlight Surf Shop, has filed to run for the Gulf Breeze City Council. The long-time GB resident and business owner has been active in the GB Sports Association, Chamber and City Park Board. The other resident to qualify for the seat is Joe Henderson.
