The people have spoken

November 8, 2006

eyeThe national election worked as it’s meant to work. The House of Representative is suppose to represent the voices of the people – they aren’t happy with the Iraq War and they gave the Democrats control of the House.

The Senate is the more gentrified body. Senators must appeal to entire states – The races in Virginia & Montana will decide if the Republican will hold a two vote-margin over a coalition of Democrats and 2 independents.

Pres. George W. Bush’s mandate is over, but I predict it won’t go away with a struggle. Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rove and the Bush Boys won’t share power without a fight. It will get messy.
