Wait, there’s more on The Zimmerman Agency. A second binder?

Another email:

Rick,

Bill Reynolds asked me to relay to you that we are currently in the process of compiling all Zimmerman records into a central location – this will include emails, invoices, reports, creative, etc – and that we will be happy to provide it to you when we provide it to Council.

I’d chip in for some truth & transparency — fat chance with this administration.

I received a first batch of information from Mr. Reynolds yesterday. It includes certain emails that show the frustration of the mayor’s staff (most of which occurred after Tamara Fountain was added to the staff) with the Zimmerman Agency’s work.

However, I have asked Mr. Reynolds to provide all emails between the Zimmerman Agency, the Mayor and the Mayor’s staff. This could be quite a big binder.

I will chip in for the notebooks.

Wasn’t Birdwell a Zimmerman partner during the original bidding process? Did they drop out of the project somewhere along the line?
