Press release: Pensacola Mayor Ashton Hayward will host the 2015 Pensacola Mayor’s Cup Golf Classic on October 9 at Osceola Municipal Golf Course. All proceeds from the event benefit The First Tee of Northwest Florida.
The annual Mayor’s Cup event is a four-person scramble with a double shotgun start at 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM and is open to all players. The cost is $85 per individual or $300 per foursome and includes free beverages and food, a tournament shirt, gift bag, and a morning & afternoon awards ceremony.
The First Tee is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to positively impact the lives of young people through the game of golf. tOver the past 12 years, the Northwest Florida Chapter has established programs at 15 area golf courses and area schools throughout Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties.
