Manna will host the 2020 Souper Bowl of Caring – a national event set to use the energy surrounding The Super Bowl to engage communities in the fight against hunger. Food and financial gifts received during the event will be used to provide meals to feed neighbors in need through Manna’s pantries and programs in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.
When: Sunday, February 2, 2020, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Where: Manna, 3030 North E St.
Who: Representatives from Manna and various community and faith-based organizations will be present for interviews.
Why: Tonight, in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties, one in five children will go to bed hungry. The 2020 Souper Bowl of Caring will supply Manna with the healthy food needed to put directly in the hands of the hungry.
