The Pensacola Museum of Art (PMA) will present artist Nathan Sawaya in his world-renowned exhibition, the Art of the Brick®, May 3 – August 8, 2014.
Sawaya creates his pieces using an unlikely medium, LEGO® bricks. This is the first time that Sawaya will bring his exhibition to the Southern part of the United States and he will be showing some never-before-seen pieces at the PMA. In 2011, CNN name Art of the Brick on of the top 12 must-see exhibitions in the world. Art of the Brick will be opening May 3, 2014, featuring an appearance from the artist, Nathan Sawaya.
The PMA also have several other exciting events coming up:

- Guild Hall: An Adventure in the Arts (August 15 – Oct 19) : opening reception is August 15.
- Guild Hall: An Adventure in the Arts is another blockbuster exhibition that we are thrilled to bring to Pensacola. It features a wonderful selection of some of the art world’s biggest names: Chuck Close, Willem de Kooning, April Gornik, Childe Hassam, Lee Krasner, Robert Motherwell, Roy Lichtenstein, Thomas Moran, Jackson Pollock, Larry Rivers, David Salle, Andy Warhol, and Jane Wilson.
