More on ECAT bus ad contract

A reader sent me a copy of the contract for the ECAT bus ads. It specifically states no ad contracts should be extended or renewed beyond Dec. 31, 2010 (Section 3 E). The Transit Advertising Limited violated the contract if it signed advertising contracts beyond the end of this year.
