I spent an hour this morning reviewing the invoices that have been submitted to the CMPA for the maritime park. According to the MPDP invoices, Scott Davison was paid $85,004 from August 2009-December 2009. Starting January 2010, the MPDP invoices no longer broke out the payments to Davison. The invoices simply state Developer profit and overhead.
We do know that in Davison did submit a preliminary budget for the Equal Business Opportunity program for $250,000 to be spent through December 2011 (EBO Budget). According to CMPA director Ed Spears, Davison told the board he intended to pay himself the $2500/mo. MPDP Program Management fee.
