City Attorney Rusty Wells has turned in his resignation, effective April 15. Well, age 66, has been on city staff since he was 26 and was promoted in 2008 to city attorney. His retirement leaves City Manager Al Coby (currently interim city administrator?) and Finance Director Dick Barker still holding own to their positions.
The IN is running a retirement pool as to who will retire/resign next and when:
