Richburg saga is not over

Bob Richburg, former president of Northwest Florida State College, dominated Okaloosa County for decades. He was the dean of the college presidents in the panhandle…that was until the Sansom-Odom hangar scandal.

Daily News reports Richburg still owes the school $103,333 as part of a settlement from the trial, and a hearing has been scheduled this month regarding the legitimacy of his firing. Read more.
