Buzz: Mitchell to run for ECUA seat

Clorissti Mitchell, a young bright African-American leader who worked hard on the Lumon May for State Representative campaign in 2008, told the IN yesterday that she plans to file for Emerald Coast Utilities Authority District 3 seat. That post has been held by Elvin McCorvey since 1996.
