Port of Miami has multiuse plan -marina, hotel …

Miami Herald reports that the Port of Miami has a new 25-year master plan filled with ambitious ideas, “like a mega-yacht marina facing downtownâ€™s Bayside Marketplace with grandiose aspirations of rivaling the waterfronts in Monaco, Cannes and Nice.”

When the top port in the state looks at multiple uses, Pensacola should pay attention.
