With a 4-1 vote last night, Escambia County Commission approved a permit for South Palafox Properties to operate an existing construction and demolition landfill off Rolling Hills Road in Wedgewood area of central Escambia County. South Palafox Properties will dispose of scrap concrete, metal, wood, drywall and other construction type debris until it’s filled level with the ground.
Why isn’t this going to the Perdido Landfill?
