From the council’s follow-up paperwork:

Council authorized the City Manager to enter into a ten-year lease with Robert A. Cole d/b/a Bob Cole Imports for use of certain airport property.

Council authorized the City Manager to execute a three-year lease agreement with Aero Pensacola in the amount of $3,198.13 per month for the Airport’s use of a suite in the air cargo building.

Council approved the addendum to the lease agreement between the City and the Hawkshaw Lagoon Missing Children’s Memorial, Inc. transferring ownership of the physical improvements, except the sculpture, to the City for ownership and maintenance.

On 2/25/08 the CRA approved agreements in the amount of $14,190 with Southern Light LLC and $43,849 with Cox Communications for conversion of overhead utilities crossing North Alcaniz Street between East Wright Street and East Cervantes Street according to the scope of work for the Alcaniz Street Initiative Phase 1B.

Council granted the request for use of Council Chambers on Saturday, 3/15/08 for the purpose of holding a rally regarding issues of violence among youth.
