PCC grad at heart of the DOJ scandal

There are two people blasted in the inspector general report: Michael Elston, who was chief of staff to the deputy attorney general, and Esther McDonald, a counsel in the associate attorney general’s office. Fine concluded that the pair had committed misconduct. Both resigned from the department last year.

Esther McDonald is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College (check it out). She is quoted on page 13 of this PCC newsletter. The article opens with “Dedicated Christian lawyers are needed to preserve some of our most treasured rights.”
