College Drinking: 18? 21?

College presidents are asking that the college drinking age be lowered to 18 (Read more).
They believe the higher age encourages binge drinking.

I agree with the lower age. There has been and always be alcohol on college campuses. Legalize it and it can openly be monitored. Kids can learn responsible consumption.
