Over 75 people attended our first-ever housing seminar last night. The seminar, “Pre-contract to Post-Closing”, was co-sponsored by Escambia-Santa Rosa Real Estate Council, Pensacola Young Professionals and the Independent News. The speakers were Alan Bookman, Richard Sherill, Steve Shell and Kerry Anne Schultz. It was fast-paced and informative.
