Inweekly has been told that Maxwell Branham is no longer the Public Records Coordinator of the City of Pensacola. Branham was hired in June 2015 and paid $56,992. Prior to moving to Pensacola, he was the assistant city attorney for San Angelo, Tex. In his 13 months with the city, Branham never had a job performance evaluation.
He has been replaced by Matt Shaud, who received a Masters in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School let year. He worked as litigation assistant for the Levin Papantonio law firm for five months in 2012 before he headed to the University of South Carolina School of Law. Shaud was hired this spring and assigned to the mayor’s office, starting pay $25.25/hr.
Apparently another “fast-track” hire for city hall.
