RB Buzz: The newly formed Black Caucus attended last week’s meeting of the Escambia Democratic Executive Committee and let chairman Ron Melton know how angry they were over his Labor Day press release (Democratic Black Caucus revealed ) and the IN Buzz item (Caucus Challenge ).
There was shouting and nearly blows. BC leaders actually wound up using Robert’s Rules of Order to get Melton to sit down and quietly listen to their protests.
