On May 28, Inweekly made the following request for: “The documentation sent to Caldwell Associates Architects (CAA) that updated the budget of the Bayview Community Resource Center and increased the Cost of the Work from $5.5 million in the CAA contract, dated 1/31/2017, to a greater amount. For background, see the amendment attached the contract for 1.2.2.2: “The Owner shall establish and periodically update the budget for the Project, including the portion allocated for the Cost of the Work.â€
Seventeen days later, no response has been received.
