Art, Culture and Entertainment, Inc. (ACE) announced the Request For Proposals (RFP) for the marketing and promotion of a multi-day fall art and cultural festival to be held in November.
The mission of the fall festival is to utilize new and existing events to create an event that showcases the cultural community including but not limited to the visual, performing and culinary avenues that will attract local, regional and national visitors.
Agencies or individuals interested in responding to the RFP should download the requirements at www.acepensacola.org and submit response to Visit Pensacola representative, Kim Taylor c/o ACE, Inc. at 1401 East Gregory Street, 32502 no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, May 22nd.
ALSO, the ACE marketing committee is requesting applications for new programming opportunities or existing events. Festival groups will benefit from unprecedented marketing and advertising support so grant funding can be used to aid in the operational funding for certain program types. Program concepts must support some or all of the festival dates, November 6 –November 17 and fall under the arts/cultural category.
Organizations interested in participating should download an application at www.acepensacola.org and submit in person to Visit Pensacola representative, Kim Taylor c/o ACE, Inc. at 1401 East Gregory Street, 32502 or by email to curator@acepensacola.org by 5:00 pm on Friday, May 16th.

ACE is a non-profit organization that will receive Federal, State of Florida, Escambia County, City of Pensacola, corporate, foundation and personal funds to disperse through an equitable granting process to arts, culture and entertainment organizations throughout EscambiaCounty, Florida that have been in existence for at least 24 months and that are IRC Section 501(c)(3) organizations.
