All in the family

The new ambulance provider for Santa Rosa County is Lifeguard Services, owned by John and Deborah Roche. Tom Roche, John’s father, worked for Santa Rosa County for years and headed the Emergency Management for the county.

I’m not saying that Lifeguard Services wasn’t the best choice. However, it’s funny that there is always some family link to county contracts and hiring in Santa Rosa County.
