AlltogetHer Conference 2025 honors Carol Carlan

The third annual AlltogetHer Conference 2025 brought together influential women from across the Greater Pensacola community, creating a platform for sharing transformative stories and fostering meaningful connections.

Pensacola State College’s Hailey Lotz followed her talk with a presentation to Carol Carlan with a $13,500 check from the PSC Alumni Association for the Carol Carlan Legacy Leadership Endowed Scholarship at Pensacola State College.

The genesis of this impactful endowment began with Carol’s initial $12,500 donation, which the PSC Alumni Association matched to establish a foundational $25,000 endowment. Yet, Carol’s passionate dedication to immediate student support led to an even more remarkable development. Both Carol and the Alumni Association contributed an additional $1,000 each, ensuring that $2,000 would be available to support students in need during the current semester.

This collaborative effort between Carol Carlan and Pensacola State College exemplifies how hope can be transformed into tangible support for education. The immediate availability of funds, combined with the long-term security of the endowment, creates a comprehensive approach to student assistance that will impact generations to come.

The AlltogetHer Conference, now in its third year, continues to serve as a catalyst for positive change in the Pensacola community, bringing together visionary leaders who not only share their stories but also take concrete action to create lasting impact. Through initiatives like the Carol Carlan Legacy Leadership Endowed Scholarship, the conference’s theme of hope is being realized in ways that will resonate far beyond the event itself.
