This is the one that you have seen for decades from I-110 Southbound. The building was once a school (J. Lee Pickens School), then the Textbook Depository. You will find it stinking up the neighborhood on Hayne Street—within the Pensacola city limits. The School District has it and its five acres up for sale for $650,000. See PickensEmailFlyer
