Pensacola City Council:
Though I am currently a resident of Gainesville, Pensacola is still my home. I would like to formally voice my objection to the action made by Councilman Sam Hall during Mr. Nathan Monk’s allotted time of the open forum at the recent council meeting. From the video I saw on Youtube, it seems that Council members Meyers and Jerralds were the only ones willing to take a stand against this flagrant abuse of power. Councilman Hall should personally apologize not only to Mr. Monk, but also to his colleagues on the council as well as the citizens of the great city of Pensacola. Because of your actions, Councilman Hall, the ideas of democracy have been compromised. Shame on you.
