The Pensacola Police Department is reporting another homicide inside in the Pensacola city limits–the fourth this year. A man was found Sunday night in a vacant lot near the intersection of Tarragona and Hernandez streets. Police were dispatched to the scene around 10 p.m. May 6 after dispatchers received calls about the shooting. The man, Thomas Mitchell III, died at the scene.
