The Daily News reports that a Milton man, Bobby Wayne Turman, has been charged with 100 counts of sexual assault to a victim under 12 years of age, according to an arrest report from the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office.
The victim said the abuse lasted for 10 years and started when the victim moved to Florida. The abuse happened at several Navarre addresses and was reported to the sheriff’s office Feb. 9.
Last month, Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Lt. Mitchell Tomlinson of Navarre was arrested on 120 counts of sexual battery on a child between the ages of 12 and 18.
