Food trucks are the latest trend in dining. Austin, New Orleans and Atlanta have a variety of cuisine offered from food trucks. There are now even in Paris, according to the NY Times. It may time for the City of Pensacola to relax its rules. We have one at UWF, but it’s fixed. Michael Carro is bringing Air Streams to the corner of Palafox and Main streets, but they will be anchored to the site.
