Press Release: Robert Dale Purifoy aka Robert Miles, 32, was arrested in the November 6, 2012 homicide of Amber Tricona Johnson. Johnson, 22, was shot and killed during an exchange of gunfire during a home invasion on Stefani Circle.
A significant quantity of marijuana was found at the scene, leading investigators to believe that robbery was a motive.
Purifoy is being held without bond in the Escambia County Jail.
