Art: ‘Vignettes’ exhibit, July 25

A unique photography exhibit will open at the Wright Place in Pensacola, Monday, July 25.

Frank Brueske, an award winning fine art photographer from Pace, will showcase his latest one-man exhibit, “Vignettes.” This exhibit will include upwards of 40 photographs displayed under different themes: “Trees,” Shrimp Boats,” “Abandoned” and more. The majority of his work is in black and white with a splash of color included.

Brueske, who is self taught, has produced 16 solo exhibits. His first one man-show was in 1963. This is his fourth exhibit at the Wright Place. He also has participated in several gallery nights in Pensacola and has donated his work for non profit fundraising efforts throughout the country.

In the past, he has worked on daily newspapers, on the staffs of major corporations and national and international associations. He also has published several national and international publications.

He is represented by Blue Morning Gallery in Pensacola and the Orange Beach Art Center in Orange Beach, AL. Locally you can view his work at LaBrisa Restaurant in Gulf Breeze in several Gulf Coast Community Bank branch offices.
