Author says BP owes $192B, not $15B

Antonio Juhasz, author of “‘Black Tide: the Devastating Impact of the Gulf Oil Spill,” has calculated the total cost to BP for its Deepwater Horizon oil disaster, including the loss of life, economic damages and environmental fines. He came up with $192 billion. Oops, the BP Barbies won’t be happy.
