Beck Partners sold to Stirling

Lousiana-based Stirling has acquired Beck Partners, the regional commercial real estate firm founded by Gregg Beck in 1981.

Justin Beck, CEO of Beck Partners, will remain with the Pensacola team as Vice President of the Florida Region, as well as Stacy Taylor, who will become Regional Vice President and Market leader of Pensacola / Tallahassee, and Brice Pelfrey as Director of Asset Management for the Eastern Division.

“We are thrilled to continue our work serving our clients along the Gulf Coast with Stirling,” says Justin Beck. “Our alignment of culture and values makes this transaction exciting. Stirling’s depth of resources will provide more opportunities and better outcomes for our teams and clients.”

Stirling is headquartered in Covington, Louisiana with additional offices in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafeyette, Shreveport, Hammond, Mobile and Pensacola, Florida. The Stirling team brings additional licensure not previously held by Beck Partners in Arkansas, Georgia and Texas. Its diverse service lines will expand Beck Partners’ original presence throughout the Gulf South and beyond with its commercial brokerage, asset and property management, development, re-development, acquisitions and investments.

In its 43-year existence, Beck Partners earned local and national recognition from CoStar’s PowerBroker lists, multiple NAIOP of Northwest Florida’s Deal of the Year awards and inclusion of Justin Beck, CEO, on InWeekly’s Power List.
