Yesterday Gov. Charlie Crist interviewed the three finalists for the Florida Supreme Court seat vacated by Pensacola native Kenneth Bell’s seat. None are from Escambia, Santa Rosa or even Okaloosa County.
The finalist are First District Court of Appeal Judge Ricky L. Polston, Tallahassee; First District Court of Appeal Judge Peter D. Webster, Tallahassee; and 4Fourth Circuit Judge Waddell A. Wallace, Jacksonville.
The political power of this area continues to wane.
