District 4 Commissioner and Chairman Robert Bender will host a town hall meeting Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 5:30 p.m. at Holy Cross Episcopal Church, 7979 N. 9th Ave. Topics of discussion will include the proposed redistricting maps, acquiring and converting the UWF property at 8800 N. 9th Ave. into a Ferry Pass Community Center, the Gatewood Ditch/Glen Broc Gulley drainage project, the Ellyson Industrial Park holding pond and the proposed road resurfacing list.
Residents are invited and encouraged to attend the open forum event. The meeting will also be streamed live at on Escambia County’s YouTube channel.
