Bobbie Shiver is a vibrant 26 year old Milton native that has been battling a tumor that is located in her Pituitary gland. She was diagnosed two years ago and the tumor has now reached stage 4. Luckily, Pituitary tumors tend to grow slowly, rarely spreading to other areas. But help is direly needed because Bobbie doesn’t have insurance to help pay for the treatments she needs.
In honor of her, we are holding a benefit at the Big Easy Tavern, 710 N. Palafox St. Pensacola, FL, on June 6th starting at noon. There will be live music and auctions all day. Donations will be accepted at the benefit as well as any local Regions bank afterwards. Bobbie is such a special individual. She’s always putting smiles on people’s faces and loves life. Let’s help put a smile on her face, too!
