Bergosh on new $36 million offer for OLF-8

On WCOA’s “Real News with Rick Outzen,” Commisisoner Jeff Bergosh discussed the latest offer of OLF-8 for $36 million, which includes donating part of the site to the Escambia County School District. He also touches on putting a sheriff’s substation and meeting room at the Equestrian Center.

Bergosh has posted on his blog county’s staff’s initial concerns about the offer from from Tri-W Development, LLC., and CAH Developments, LLC. The biggest being they want all 540 acres.
