According to the system, the best ones (Five stars overall ) in Pensacola are Bayside Manor, Haven of Our Lady of Peace and Rosewood Manor. The worst are Pensacola Health Care Facility (1 star), Southern Oaks Rehabilitation (2 stars) and University Hills Health & Rehab (2 stars).
