Mobile County Commission President Steve Nodine didn’t mince any words in his criticism of the DOD decision to delay the air tanker decision. Nodine told the Mobile Press Register that Boeing “politically terrorized the Air Force” in the months following the February decision to award the first phase of the contract to the company’s competitors, the team of Northrop Grumman and EADS North America.
