Florida Clarion reports Attorney General Pam Bondi joined a multibillion lawsuit against Education Management Corporation this month and reportedly is continuing an investigation into several other schools operating in Florida.
The suit, brought by the Department of Justice and three other states, follows complaints brought by whistleblowers charging that Education Management Corporation illegally tied recruiter compensation to number of students enrolled.
