BP fish tales

Spoke with two charter boat captains last night. Globs of oil/dispersants have been sited in the Gulf of Mexico off of Pensacola. They range in size from tennis balls to dinner plates. The globs are stay fairly solid and can be picked up.

Also the boat captains are worried about layers of oil under the surface. One told me about catching a red snapper yesterday. When they pulled it up to the boat, the snapper was covered with oil.

“Obviously, we had pulled the snapper through a layer of oil,” the boat captain said.
