BP knew Costner idea a bust

We know that much of what BP did last summer was all “ponies and balloons.” Publicity stunts to prop up stock prices and quell the masses. The Guardian reports that experts say oil company spent $16 million on actor Kevin Costner’s oil-water separation machines and gave top priority to testing his devices…despite field test failures.
