Breaking: City rejects Baptist demolition contractor

At his Tuesday morning presser, Pensacola Mayor D.C. Reeves will explain why L.M. Sessler Excavating & Wrecking, Inc. will not be awarded the contract to demolish the old Baptist Hospital campus as he announced earlier this month. City Attorney Adam Cobb has said that Sessler did not have a State of Florida general contractor’s license. Read Rejection.
