From the Pensacola Police Department:

Pensacola Police detectives have charged 17-year-old Marley Foster with possession of a weapon by a Florida delinquent (Fla. Statute 790.23.1b), and firing a weapon in public (790.15.1). A round from the weapon Foster was firing did strike an individual (non-life-threatening injuries) who declined to pursue charges against Foster. This investigation is coming to a close, and we do not anticipate any further charges being filed.
