Breaking: HCA Florida West extends Baker Act deadline

HCA Florida West notified Inweekly that it will continue taking care of adult Baker Act patients past the 90-day period set in August. Hospital officials are pleased to see all the mental health service stakeholders working on creating more access points for adults and children and the creation of a centralized intake facility.
